Home Sources
Where every date comes from.
We take every date, fee and rule on this site from the body that publishes it: GOV.UK, HMRC or legislation.gov.uk. Each one is listed below with a link.
How we keep it right
- Every date and fee on the site is read from the source linked here. None is typed into a page by hand.
- We re-read the sources when the government updates them, and show the date we last checked on every page.
- Landlord Bible is independent. It is not a government service and is not connected to any government body.
